I'm home with a cold so no hooping for me today. But I'm watching videos to keep my motivation up.

Chest Hooping
After watching this and other youtube videos on chest hooping I had to give it a go, in spite of the fact it was still wet outside from yesterdays storm. I have a feeling that chest hooping is a lot easier to learn when you are an A cup. Not so easy when you are DD. Anyway, I also did some neck hooping and felt some of the phlegm that's been giving me headaches breaking up. So maybe hooping is good for that too.
