Hello Winter

Yesterday I got to do a little hooping for the winter solstice. It was sunny, even for being the shortest day of the year. I had to baby my sore arm, but I think it's good to work with my arm as much as I can.  I haven't hooped enough to lose weight, which is too bad. Maybe next year.

Hooping in August

Since I knew 3 days of house sitting might be tedious, I took my hula hoop. And boy was I sore the next morning.
